The Challenge
Meridian's members used a patchwork of farm management tools — John Deere Operations Center for equipment, Granular for crop planning, FarmLogs for scouting, and QuickBooks for accounting. The co-op had no unified view of its members' operations, making bulk purchasing, shared equipment scheduling, and agronomic advice nearly impossible to coordinate.
The Solution
Meridian used Intuidy AIPI to build a cooperative-wide farm management platform. Members see their individual dashboards while the co-op gets aggregate insights for purchasing leverage and resource allocation. IoT data from soil sensors, weather stations, and equipment flows into predictive models. AI agents recommend planting schedules, input applications, and harvest timing.
