Support Intuidy's product, development, and implementation teams by creating training documentation, organizing product knowledge, documenting workflows, and improving internal readiness around platform updates, releases, and software adoption.

Core Responsibilities

  • •Create step-by-step user guides, SOPs, onboarding documents, and internal reference materials
  • •Attend product and development meetings to capture platform changes and updates
  • •Build and maintain central knowledge base for internal teams
  • •Support release-readiness and implementation documentation efforts

Support Intuidy's marketing and public relations efforts by executing multi-channel campaigns, creating content, coordinating press and media activities, supporting events, and tracking performance across organic and paid channels.

Core Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across organic social, email, and paid ads
  • •Create and package launch assets (creative, copy, landing page messaging, and CTAs) for product releases and PR moments
  • •Draft, schedule, and publish social content across LinkedIn, X, and other priority channels aligned to Intuidy's brand voice
  • •Support PR strategy by drafting press releases, media pitches, and internal talking points
  • •Research relevant Kansas City and industry events, recommend participation, and support event execution
  • •Track and report campaign performance, engagement metrics, and marketing ROI

Core Responsibilities

  • •Build target account lists by industry, company size, and use case fit; identify and validate decision-makers
  • •Execute outreach sequences (email and LinkedIn) using approved templates; conduct basic qualification and route leads to demos
  • •Log all activity in CRM, maintain data quality, and prepare weekly pipeline snapshots
  • •Support demo scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and capture demo notes with action items
  • •Assist with onboarding communications and capture customer feedback during trial and pilot phases
  • •Track objections and common themes to help improve messaging and targeting
